It is never safe to tan period, either with the sun, or using a tanning bed. When you use one of these beds, you are in essence putting yourself in a roasting oven and roasting yourself tan, much like the Thanksgiving Day turkey. I am not saying this to be funny. Ask a medical doctor, if you don't believe me.

I had back sugery for scoliosis and have a titanium bar down my spine, at this point in my life i would preach to you that you shouldnt use tanning beds, for the obvious reasons, mostly because they are gross and not good for you. Anyway, back to my point, I used to go tanning and never had a problem with the titanium that i have.
