Every day?? You can do opposite muscle groups on one day. Chest and biceps, Day two you can do legs.. Day three you can do lats and triceps and Day four you can do shoulders and abs.. That's if your Universal machine has all the stations necessary.. Then rest two days and start again. There are many ways to train.
