what just gets me mad, is as soon as vergie was about to be crossed by sterns lawyer. she starts crying and then gets jumbled and then goes to the restroom...she's an idiot!

I don't trust ANY judge ANYWHERE, have you ever noticed how many of them get busted for illegal things i.e. prostitution, etc. or in trouble for accepting bribes (think "lobbyists")? He probably wants to be on t.v. like Judge Judy and this is his "audition". Virgie shouldn't get ANYTHING. Anna Nicole hated, hated, hated her. All you have to do is read "Great Big Beautiful Doll" and other things. Let Anna rest next to her son whomever gets the body, she wanted to be in heaven with him. As for all these people saying how trashy she is, give her a break, fame doesn't make you classy. All you do is get money for your looks 99.9% of the time. She never was brought up with any kind of class or good role models, how would she know any different? Now her death is a worse circus.

exactly. he's acting like he's on the Soprano's or something. all that man has to do is order a dna test while he has birkhead & stern in the same court room and go from there. once they prove which man is the father then he can go from there. i think her mother should get her body because she is technically the next of kin and that she should be buried in the bahamas with her son. that's the only thing that makes sense. i feel like they're dragging this on for tv and i'm getting sick of it.

I THINK THE CASE SHOULD HAVE GONE BACK TO CALIF. WHERE SHE WAS LIVING FROM THE BEGINNING. I REALLY DON'T KNOW WHAT THE FUSE IS ABOUT, ANNA WAS ON DRUGS THANKS TO HER CONTROLLING LAWYER. SHE WAS NOT CAPABLE OF MAKING SOUND DECISIONS. HER MOTHER SHOULD GET THE ANNA'S AND HER SON BODY TO TAKE BACK TO TEXAS. THE BABY WILL NEVER HAVE A REAL CHANCE UNLESS HER MOTHER GETS THAT CHILD . IF ANY ONE OF THOSE MEN GET THAT BABY SHE WILL NEVER HAVE A CHANCE IN LIFE, SHE WILL BE USE TO MAKE MONEY OR FOR HER MONEY. THE JUDGE HAS BEEN BROUGHT, IT DOESN'T MATTER IF HE WAS GIVEN MONEY OR NOT GIVEN MONEY IT IS ABOUT THE FAME NOW NOT ABOUT THE MATTER AT HAND. THAT BABY SHOULD GO TO HER GRANDMOTHER SO SHE WON'T END UP ON DRUGS LIKE ANNA'S SON . EVERY ONE KNOW HOWARD STRIEN HAD EVERY THING TO DO WITH ANNA BEING ON DRUGS THAT IS WHY HER SON DID NOT LIKE HIM. HE KNEW WHAT HOWARD WAS DOING TO HIS MOTHER. THE RIGHT THING WOULD BE FOR ANNA'S MOTHER TO GET BOTH BODIES TO TAKE HOME. EVERY ONE KNOWS THIS, WHY THEY DON'T DEAL WITH WHO GAVE HER THESE DRUGS TO MAKE HER AN ADDICT. WHEN YOU ARE ON DRUGS YOU CAN BE CONTROLLED BY YOU PIMP AND HOWARD WAS HER PIMP. WILL THAT JUDGE REALLY GIVE HER BODY TO THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR HER DEATH. THE OTHER GUY WANT THE MONEY THE BAY MIGHT GET THE SAME AS STRIEN. THAT BABY WILL BE SAFE AND HAVE A SATBLE LIFE WITH ANNA'S MOTHER. THAT BABAY IS GOING TO NEED REAL LOVE AT THE END. IF EVERY ONE IS IN COURT WHO IS SHOWING LOVE TO THAT CHILD. THIS IS A SAD CASE. HOWEVER I DO AGREE WITH YOU ON WHAT YOU ARE SAYING.
