It was either a low budget movie or a made for TV movie that I saw in the 90s. It involved a father and his 13 or 14 year old son going to a perfect little town where everyone got along, they were happy and there weren't any old people. After a while of being in the town, the father and son learn about a nearby river/stream that acts like a fountain of youth when you swim in the water. Soon the son ended up hurting himself and broke his leg, so someone from the local hospital and the father carried him to the stream and it immediately healed the broken bone. I think at this point the father and son were told they couldn't leave town now because they might tell other people about the magic stream. Anyone have an idea what movie this was?

It isn't Tuck Everlasting. That was released in 2002 and the movie I saw was in the 90s.
