I have tried to reset it but it keeps blowing immediately. My house is only two years old. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

There are only two things that will cause a breaker to continue to trip and they are a dead short in the circuit and a faulty breaker. The most likely cause is a short.
The short may be in the smoke detector or in the line leading to it.
Turn off the power and disconnect the smoke detector, then reset the breaker. If the breaker holds that indicates the smoke detector is faulty, if it trips again then the problem is in the circuit.
Your house is two years old, do you have a builders warranty on it? If so contact the builder and have it repaired under the warranty.
A last thought, is it possible that some rodent has chewed the wiring? If so the warranty would not apply.
Above all be careful as you have a potential fire hazard.

I have seen bad breakers, but I think you have a bad smoke detector. With the breaker off disconnect one breaker at a time. each time you disconnect one turn the breaker back on. Just do one at a time so you can locate the faulty one. Check inside the junction boxes too, sometimes a wire will come out of a wire nut.
