how come your cold if the body temp is approx 98.6 degrees as in the summer time 98.6 degrees would be very very very hott???

What you feel is actually the heat loss.
When it's 98 degrees outside, your body doesn't lose the heat.

it seems to be cold because your body has to work harder to sustain the normal body temp. when it is warm out your body doesn't have to work as hard
