Since Scotland is in the far, far north, and the Moon basically hangs around near the plane of the equator, Scotland is a little further from the moon than most places on Earth, and the Scottish moon is therefore a wee bit smaller.

Scotland is further to the north than the lower 48 states, so the Moon swings further away at times, making it sometimes smaller than the minimum size it appears to have in the United States. At other times, it falls within the same range of apparent sizes we have here. Because the inclination of the Moon relative to the equator is only 23.5 degrees (It orbits near the plane of the ecliptic, rather than perpendicular to Earth's axis.) while Scotland extends north from about 55 degrees north latitude, the Moon does not come closer to Scotland than its closest approach to the United States, so the maximum apparent size of the Moon in Scotland is not as great as in the United States. So, ultimately, the Moon on average appears smaller in Scotland. However, the differences are so slight as to be unnoticeable to the unaided human eye.

using actuality that Scotland is indoors the a techniques, a techniques north, and the Moon fairly hangs around close to to the airplane of the equator, Scotland is slightly extra beneficial from the moon than optimal places on earth, and the Scottish moon is hence a wee bit smaller.

The moon you see from Scotland is the same one you see from America. It is therefore neither bigger nor smaller.
