Her body is decomposing. Since she was not embalmed until 10 days after her death, the embalming does not take as good an effect as if she had been embalmed within 24-72 hours after death. So tissue deterioration had already taken place even though she was refrigerated and the damage is just being slowed but not stopped by the embalming process that took place on Saturday.
The Broward County ME. testified 2/21/07 that she needs to be buried quickly because of the damage that is becoming visible and if they want to have a viewing it needs to be done within the next 7 days or else it will be too late, it will have to be a closed casket affair, no viewing.

I don't know what the average rate of rotting is but it does
seem to be an abnormally short period of time. It could be
one of two reasons in my opinion:
1) The embalming was delayed too long;
2) Maybe there is some truth to the use of drugs other
than prescribed ones. After all if you look at other
people that are addicted you will notice an alarming
difference in their appearances Ie: Dr Phil's twins!!!
Also Anna's son had that appearance before he
died. It's a well known fact that mixing drugs as well
as alcoholic drinks can age one distinctively.

No, she is not rotting. One, she has been embalmed and two, she is being kept in a refrigerated facility.
Trivia for you: Abraham Lincoln's funeral train took over a week to go from Washington to Illinois because there were so many stops along the way and people wanted to pay their respects. He was embalmed five times. (They didn't have refrigeration) When they reburied him 80 years later, he was perfectly preserved because of all that embalming.

No, she's been embalmed.
She only just died on the 8th, 13 days ago.
Once a body has been embalmed, it can remain unburied for months.
