It means that his feet work in better unison with the rest of his body to get him where he is going at a faster rate than his competitors. He sees the "Angles" is referring to him being able to see an open lane for himself or an opening lane for the pass. The past few years he has really worked on getting more people involved but he has never had other real talent around him to be able to fully utilize that ability other than to force it in the lane!

it just means that he is quick on his feet, and he knows what lanes to take while "penetrating"
