the strongest sense in the human body is smell
because it is responsible for not only the most powerful memories but also because it is the thing behind taste
try this
get three different foods that have a similar texture but different tastes
now hold your nose while you eat them
you wont really be able to taste the difference
this is because smell is responsible for the finer points of taste
also smell has the biggest impact on your memory
sometimes you will be walking around and smell something that you remember from years and years ago
sometimes you wont even be able to remember where you first smelled it

I don't think smell is the "strongest". Dogs for example are equipped with a much stronger sense of smell. It's just the one that is very intensely connected with memory. That's why smells from our past still remind us of it even after many many years. I would say that the strongest, meaning the most specialized is vision. We can see so many colors that other animals can't and a professor at the university has told us that human eye could see the flame of a candle standing at a very long distance-but I can't remember exactly how long, some km though.

Well, It depends on what exactly you mean by the word strongest! The sense of touch is the one which is most widely spread and is keen enough to detect the moment of a mosquito when it is flying by your hair on your skin. You know where a mosquito is as soon as it fly by any of your hair! regarding the sense of smell, it is good enough as it associates objects with the type of smell but it fluctuates with people as not all people have same keen sense of smell. Regarding the sense of touch, it is most widely distributed (it has receptors all over the body, and whole body is covered with skin) as well as it is almost the same in all human beings.

if you mean sensibility it's probably eyesight.
The visual cortex is the most massive system in the human brain and is responsible for higher-level processing of the visual image. It lies at the rear of the brain (highlighted in the image), above the cerebellum. The interconnections between layers of the cortex, the thalamus, the cerebellum, the hippocampus and the remainder of the areas of the brain are under active investigation. Currently, much of what is known stems from patients with damage to known areas of the brain, with a corresponding study of the cognitive functions which have been spared. See visual modularity for a discussion of the modular thesis of visual perception.

There is no "strongest" sense. The sensitivity of each of our senses is tuned to give us the benefit we needs for the amount of resources they consume. We don't benefit from being able to see much better because we don't need to see predators at long distances. We invest lots of our brain for touch perception, but not so much that we still cannot smell or taste spoiled food, or hear someone sneaking up behind us. Essentially, each of our senses is good enough so that we survive, but not so good that we spend extra energy supporting it.

Here's the nice, simple answer to your question. Vision is the most dominant sense - 70% of all sensory receptors are found in the eye.

Based on the space devoted to it in the brain, it is your sense of touch. You have the skin, the largest organ and largest sensory organ, as well as sensation receptors in mucus membranes and inside the body, like in your mouth and nose.
