Most of the big schools do intensive courses. The normal length is usually 5 days for a "zero to hero" course with day 1 being cbt & day 5 being test day.

If you are doing hourly lessons this would equate to 20 - 25 hours post cbt training.

As has already been pointed out this is very much down to the individual, everyone develops at their own rate.

That's a very expensive way to get your license!! Why not do your CBT then ride a 125 for 3-4-5-months. You'll learn more actually out on the road for those months than in a dozen hours of lessons. Plus, you get to go to work/college and back and meet friends, do shopping. etc. You'll probably need a couple of hours lessons right before you take your test to iron out problems. Cheaper and more fun.

Most instructors will advise you when you do the CBT how many hours training you are likely to require

Normal practice in recond to be 3, 4 or 5 days training and test normally booked for the day following last day of training with a couple of hours beforehand. So suggest ask the training instructor on your CBT

Good luck with the training and do ride safe for you and for all of us

How long is a piece of string? Most people seem to need about 8-12 hours.
