It's pretty and accentuates your pretty toes. Things like that just make a girl feel nice.

It's a vanity matter. Also depends on the situation~ie: boredom, fun, stress reducer?? Even if a girl were to wear shoes that covered her feet, just knowing under those shoes is a cute pedicure. :)

Because it's pretty, fun, and in the summer when we wear sandals they look a lot better painted.
