manga is a "comic" book
anime is the video
since you want english "dub" I'm assuming you're asking of english dub of bleach
bleach is on cartoon network
or you might get lucky with english dubs on www.youtube.com
it will be harder to find, because most episodes on the net or subtitled. If its dub it usually means that I has be licensed in the US.

i think you maen bleach and all the episode are on youtube just wecht those new episode every thrusday
