my friends, my relative seems to have a problem with me marrying a woman of the same age with me

I have no idea how that would be a problem. At leats she isn't 20 years older or younger! Marry her for love, not for her age1

Couples marry who are decades different in age. Others marry who are more or less close in age. Who cares? If the two of you are right for each other, age is just a number on the marriage license

I don't know what would be wrong with that unless your both 14 or something. I think its good to marry someone the same age.

there is absolutely nothing wrong w/this. age doesnt matter. all that matters is u 2 love each other. my husband is 7 years older than me and my mom was 11 years older then my step dad. age is just a number. all that matters is ur love and that u found the person to spend the rest of ur life with.

my wife and I are both the same age and on top of that we were both born on the same day (7 hours diff,) so you can not get any stranger then that. In the 14 years and 9 years of marriage we have only fight once and it was about the funniest thing you can ever think of who is better in bed. I so love my wife.

the question to ask these relatives...is why do they consider it wrong...i highly doubt if it is the age since u are of the same age...possibly they do not like her for other reasons

why would that be wrong? i think that is the best way to go, you're both at the same point in your lives, you don't have to deal with maturity differences or anything like that. i say go for it!

maybe you should ask them why they think it is wrong for you to marry her. i believe it could be a respect thing though.. but isince you guys really love and understand each other.. you have no problems.
