I have dark brown eyes, I am thinking about getting color contacts, which color will actually show?

I have dark brown eyes also, and I've had various pairs of colored contacts over the years. In my experience: green and blue look a little creepy (unnatural), light brown looks nice, but grey looks the best! I would never have thought grey would look nice in a million years - but I suggest trying on a pair of grey ones when you go to visit the optometrist. They will let you try on all the sample ones.

Any color should show okay. The lenses are made to completely overpower even the darkest eyes. I know, I have very dark brown eyes, and I had to wear "ghostly" contacts once because I was dressed as an angry spirit (don't ask) and I thought it wouldn't work, but weirdly enough, my almost-black eyes looked pale white/grey with just the dark pupils. I was suprised how well it worked.

All color contacts are made to cover any color of eyes, light or dark! I would recommend fresh look color blends. Keep in mind that color contacts are uncomfortable for some people. It all depends or on how dry of wet your eyes are. I wear green and they look completely natural. Everyone compliments the color of my eyes. GOOD LUCK

I have found that with my brown eye's that color contacts don't work on me. When i put in blue/green contacts it just makes my eyes look almost black. Have you ever put color contacts in your eyes? If you wear normal contacts its super hard to get used to color contacts it blurs your vision some. You really should go to your eye doctor and get disposable color contacts and see if they will work for you.

I would go for green. I love green eyes!!! My mom and brother have them, but no, I inherit my dad's brown eyes!!! Green is the rarest of the three main eye colors. I have heard that green can look unnatural at times so make sure they look natural and not too bright!!!

wow thatz cool try it. :) i think green would be great if ur eyes r brown. u can also try blue but u wont get totally blue eyes as i heard...
