Its not really that worth it. Straight kids don't wake up one day and tell their parents, "Oh, by the way, I am straight." Its not how it works. I am a lesbian, and I have never told my parents. I know it wouldn't go over well, and I also know that they wouldn't pay for my education if I did. SOO, they don't know and they probably will never know.
One way to tell them would be to put into a joke or something. I mean, if you have ever seen the movie Bend it Like Beckam, the gay Indian guy says that he really really likes Beckam, so that his friend realizes that he's not interested in her. I guess that would work, I don't know. Maybe just outright saying that you're bisexual would work, whatever floats your boat. Good luck, and I am sorry I couldn't be of any more help.
Edit: Oh, and welcome to the community!

You've got a couple options. It all depends on how open and honest you want to be with your folks. If you want to be really close, then sit them down and do the whole coming out thing. Build up your confidence first and be prepared to be kicked out. If you kinda want some relationship with them, avoid talking about your love life when you can and if you're cornered say something that outs yourself. If you don't care if they know anything about you and want to get by without a fight, then lie and avoid telling them the truth until you're not dependent upon them.

You don't have to tell your friends. Mine found out on their own.
