I just Got Contacts for the first time yesterday?

Is it normal for my eyes to be kind of Red and when im close up they dont focus 100% . Should i call my doctor or is this normal?

It might be good to call your doctor but it does depend on how red your eyes are. If your hands were even a little dirty when you put them in that might be the problem. It is normal to not see good really close up.

I would call your doctor becuase I have contacts and that has never happened to me

When it comes to your eyes, it never hurts to communicate thoroughly with your practitioner.
