If they sneeze pay attention to their breathing. If the breathing seems shallow or labored. They may have a respiratory infection. Other signs are swollen eyes and mucus around the eyes or nose. Antibiotics can clear this up easily. This can get bad fast so act asap on it if you think it is the case. Good Luck

Yes, I had a box turtle for 7 years and he frequently sneezed.

sea turtle sneeze they have a salt excreting gland in its head that drains into the nostrils. This useful gland removes and excretes excess sodium, potassium, and chloride from the blood.
The advantage to a salt gland is that it removes these salts while bypassing the kidneys; this means that the salt can be excreted without taking water out of the sea turtle's system. This helps the sea turtle avoid dehydration.

Yes, turtles do sneeze. You should worry if he/she has mucus coming out of its nose, it could be an infections. But sneezing without mucus is normal.

yes, and they can catch colds just like we do. So be careful handling your turtle when you have one.
