University of Phoenix has a great online program in MBA! Look it up and do the proper research before enrolling. My husband just got his MBA from Phoenix (distance learning) and was very very satisfied.
The plus is that your degree will not state anywhere that it was via distance learning so that is good.

Why do you want to do an MBA in finance through distance learning?
If the answer is because you really don't want to learn very much about finance and you don't want a degree that will help you get a job -- then go for it.
If you want to learn finance or you want to get a better job -- then get your MBA from a real university.
Employers will not respect on-line degrees. That being said -- there are some great universities that incorporate distance learning as part of the curriculum. For example -- Duke University's Fuqua School of Business has a few programs that combine face-to-face learning with distance learning. This is a real MBA degree that is similar in quality to their day-time program. However, degrees like this are usually General MBAs and do not have the kind of depth in any one topic. If you want a good MBA in FInance -- you have to do it at a real school -- and in person.

I see someone else has suggested The University of Phoenix. Read the NY Times article about this school. It is a For Profit Corporation. It has regional accredidation -- but lacks the more important National Accredidation. It was recently fined a record $9.8MM by the Department of Education for sleazy recruiting practices. It is currently under investigation for padding its placement numbers. Employers laugh at their MBA. Companies like Intel refuse to pay for their employees to take classes there because they feel it is not rigorous. Avoid this school.

Almost all the correspondence mba's are there just for namesake and are nowhere closer to the regular mba when it comes to fetching you a job. No one is going to take you are a good position just on the basis of a correspondence mba. but yeah it will definitely add to your resume and your 6 years of exp can be a big leverage. They are just a line on your resume and provide you an edge in company's internal appraisals and also an edge over people who don't have any mba. You should not expect much recognition in US for Indian MBA's other than IIM's (I am talking of regular MBA.. forget about correspondence). Here no one will know about any Indian college so all of them are roughly equivalent.
