How can I change it so it shows everything including HTML?

I think that she means it's not formating correctly.

Try doing (in firefox - in IE it should be similar) View > Page Style > Basic Page Style.

If that's not it, I need more details on the exact situation.

Right click in the window and select "view page source"

If you are using IE you can choose view->source to see all of the page code.
