It is perfectly legal if you dont remove just the stamp. Cut round it and paste onto the new envelope the whole piece. Removing just the stamp for re-use is illegal.

Considering the UK mail service is completely messed up with lots of our mail being stolen by criminal gangs who have infilitrated the sorting offices and jobs then I wouldn't feel guilty about using an unfranked stamp, would you?

Yes it is dishonest, but I've always done it - my dad always does to. We send each other a lot of letters, and the same stamps get used fairly often - especially at my end, they seem to not mark the stamps 40% of the time.

Wow returned in time. I seem to commit it to memory became oneupmanship with the style of books you had. I had to lick and stick the stamps in and the full family individuals have been given mutually to assemble. then you quite instructed everybody what number books particularly the neighbours and then swap for some rather cheesy backyard fixtures. i think of we controlled the table, chairs and poor umbrella, they only lasted one summer! It became the products no longer the golf green guard stamps that have been embarrassing.
