Go to this link (http://www.networksolutions.com/whois/index.jsp) and enter the url of the website you want (in the form of: www.xyxyxyx.com)
And then a WHOIS operation takes place, and gives all sort of info on the domain.

This doesn't always work, but when you're at the website, right click and then click "Properties" It will give you the date created and the date of the last modification. It doesn't always work, though--sometimes the software "recreates" the site every day.

When entering a web site it should say it on the bottom of the page, Copyright 2004 etc........
