There are several places, The University of Washington has a free of charge course (but I don't think you'll get a credit), and there are several other universities that offer the course, I am not sure though if you can take it alone or as part of a degree program - check it with them. In addition, there are also non-credit courses online, and a degree program in Classics from the University of London. Here is some info:

If you're interested in learning about Greek mythology for educational purpose only and don't care about college credits then I suggest picking up a course in Greek mythology @ the teaching company.
