People tend to underestimate the Munchkins because they think they're all about the Lollipop Guild. Most people are not so familiar with the Broadsword Guild or the Mace Guild. Rumour has it there is a Weapons of Mass Destruction Guild as well, but they are at least 10 years from having a viable nuke. Besides, you said hand-to-hand combat.
The Oompa Loompas have technology on their side. Fizzy lifting drinks, for example, would allow them to control the skies. The only hope for the Munchkins would be to make an unholy alliance with the Wicked Witch and get the apple-throwing trees and flying monkeys into their coalition.
The Oompa Loompas look pudgy and weak, but most of them have built up massive muscles doing manual labor in the chocolate factory, and they play ice hockey in their spare time.
Tensions have built over a long, long time as neither side is the sort to make the first aggressive move. But once provoked, the Oompa Loompas just have no remorse for their actions, which they see as justifiable. It will be a bloody battle, but ultimately the Oompa Loompas will prevail.

oompa loompas would win because they see things suffer all the time a.k.a little kids! The munchkins are too scared and vulnerable. honestly, the songs that the oompa loompas sing is kinda creepy cuz they blame the kid and parents for what happens to them. lets all face it: the oompa loompas are evil! LOL

oompa loompas win hands down. Their songs are much more ominous and they are extremely barbaric. They also are sadistic, as you can tell in the original movie. They enjoy watching the kids suffer. Munchkins are too nice and weak. It would be a slaughter.
