It looks like a vericose veins with purple splotches on her thigh.

I have no clue and think maybe your pediatrician should be asked this question as then it can be examined at that same time.

I would show them to the doctor at her next checkup. If you are concerned about them, or they just appeared out of nowhere, then I would take her to the doctor right away and have them checked out.

take her to a doctor and let them diagnose her. most people on here aren't medically trained and cannot tell you what it is without seeing it. let the pediatrician tell you.
