Here are some first through 3rd round picks plus some to pick up later if your missing a position.
C: Top - McCann, V. Martinez Sleeper/Low Rounds: Piazza (full time DH in Oakland).
1B: Top - Pujols, Howard Sleeper/Lower Rounds: Prince Fielder
2B: Top - Utley, Cano Sleeper/Lower Rounds: Kent (coming off injury year), Weekes not sleeper but might be able to get 9-12th

SS Top - Reyes, Jeter, Tejada Sleeper/Lower Rounds: Drew, Tulowitzki
OF Top - Guerrero, Ramirez, Soriano Sleepers/Lower Rounds: Delmon Young (I'll put in Victorino cause I'm from philly and seen this guy run and he has a full time position now), Ordonez
SP: Santana, Zambrano, Carpenter Sleepers/Lower Rounds: Hamels (if you can get him later), Hudson (good if he can get back to form), penny.

The main thing you need to look for is consistensy and injury-free.
Starting pitcher - Justin Verlander he is 5th in the rotation for the Tigers so he will go up against some weaker pitchers.
Relief pitchers - you need to pick someone who is on a team that will have a chance to win a lot and a lot of close games. Like Saito with the Dodgers. They are going to win a lot of games and the scores should be close.
Catcher - I like Zaun from Toronto, he will play a lot and he can swing it.
First - Of course Pujols/Howard, but other than them, look for someone with power and high RBI potential. Lee of the Cubs, Overbay of Toronto
2B - You use it for speed and average or average and power. I like Giles from San Diego.
SS - Furcal of the Dodgers, Jeter of course, but I like Rollins from the Phillies or Drew from Arizona
3B - Sleepers, Ensberg from Houston. This where you need to find someone with power and RBI production
OF - I like Soriano, anyone from Colorado, Guillen from Seattle.

Pitcher-Go with johan santana. he will guarantee u an awesome season. if he is gone there is still chris carpenter, barry zito, kenny rogers, and possibly jon garland.
1b- there is a run producing justin morneau but if you want home runs, get ryan howard or albert pujols
2B-chase utley is your best bet
ss-jose reyes, derek jeter, juan uribe, jimmy rollins
3B- joe crede (underrated), no a-rod, eric chavez, morgan ensberg
OF- jermaine dye, carl crawford, jason bay, soriano,
DH- thome, ortiz, or hafner
C- aj pierzynski, varitek
RP- bobby jenks (sox put him in all the time) papelbon

C and 2B are important....not a lot of quality out there at those positions.....so take Utley/Uggla/Giles for 2B
and Mauer/martiniez/McCann for C
go after sizemore/Bay/ Markakis in OF
mark teahen for 3B
Scott olsen and anibal sanchez for SP
Saito for closer
look for arod and teixeira to rebound this year
laroche looks good at 1B
