'Two faced' means a kind of split personality. They do not do
what they say or vice versa.
In English, 'flourit' means the age of dawning or
flowering of wisdom; it also means the age of 40. (See
a multi-volume dictionary in a library). Generally, In
men, the faculty of mind called 'intellect' starts
funtcioning after the age of 40 years. You will rarely
see the 'two faced' behaviour in men who are older than
40 years age. In women, this age is uncertain. Very few
women in history were called intellectuals.

two-faced is being nice to someone to their face--THEN turning around to someone else and putting them down.
If a person SAYS they hate twofaced people-they are saying it to their face, and NOT behind their back.
