I payed for a subscription to musicmatch,got a new computer ,I seem to have lost it, how do I get it back?

I payed for a musicmatch jukebox subscription back in January but since I replaced my PC with a new one I seemed to have lost my subscription with musicmatch juke box. I don't want to pay for another subscription, so what do I do and how do I get it back?
