my tetra levels are, no3 25 no2 0, gh is p3, kh po ph 6.4, is this okay , xxxx colwater set up, xxx

Everything is fine except no2. This should always be 0. 1 isn't anything to panic over, but you should keep a close eye on it and do water changes to keep it from climbing.
