I have found that the easiest way to build a website is to use Webstarts. There is a unique drag and drop tool that is extremely easy to use. Plus with a free membership you can create up to 5 free websites.

You need to know what you want the site to look like, what it's for, who it's aimed at and what features you want on it. Look on Google or Yahoo search engines for Coding,. HTML is the basic form, but there are other more elaborate, (and subsequently more difficult), codes such as PERL, or ASP,.... if not you can get some WYSIWYG programmes that give you a simplified method of, 'Webpage Making for Idiots'. Some better than others. There are hundreds of HTML tutorial websites that should help you get started, or if not you can look for programmers/coders who could do the job for you. Hope this points you in the right direction.

I use a program called cute site builder, may be discontinued but not sure.... If you know Microsoft word, then you can use this software. very easy. I click one preprogrammed button that I had to program with all of my domain addresses and passwords and it uploads autimatically to my site any changes I made. Very easy.
