Okay, I have to say this---
The quote (from Shakespeare's "Romeo and Juliet", Act I, scene 2) is:
"O Romeo, Romeo, wherefore art thou Romeo?
Deny thy father and refuse thy name,
Or if thou wilt not, be but sworn my love,
And I’ll no longer be a Capulet."
'Wherefore' means 'why,' not 'where.' (Just as 'whereas' means 'because.')
Juliet is asking why her beloved Romeo has to be who he is--the son of her father's enemy. She doesn't know that he is nearby, and is not actually speaking to HIM, but simply thinking out loud, agonizing over the fact that one or both of them would have to abandon their families in order for them to be together.

Lol, "where for art thou Romeo?" literally translates to "Why is he called Romeo," I knew no one would know that lol. Look at the rest of what Juliet says if you don't believe me lol
