I know they all have Vista but do they all have DX10 Graphic Cards

They don't all have Vista, bought one Saturday with XP, thank god.

Previous poster was correct, only video card supporting DX10 is the Nvidia 8800 series, and at last check they still didn't have Vista drivers.

Chances are slim except for highend computers, such as Alienware or Falcon Northwest that your gonna find any computer that comes with that card series anyway. Definitely not a Dell (though techinically Alienware is dell now), or any store bought computer.

Not neccesarily, I would imagine DX10 cards are expensive, best to make sure than just buy a comp

This is a very broad question.

Not all new PCs have Vista, and therefore not PC can be classified together. It varies with all PCs.
