Only if the agent is a COVERT agent. Did this happen? When?

(Thanks for answering your own question for us since we are too stupid to sort through the facts ourselves)

The facts are that Valerie Plame was a covert agent running a brass plate operation that investigated nuclear proliferation in the middle east. Brewster-Jennings contained covert agents that were exposed when it was revealed that she was a CIA agent. We do not know how many of those agents were compromised by that revelation. Libby, Rove, and Cheney committed treason.

Here, let me introduce you to reality. It is a thing composed of facts and evidence.

1. Libby is not charged with disclosing a covert agent - he's charged with perjury.

2. Plame's covert status was blown by Aldrich Ames to the Russians. During the Clinton administration.

3. Richard Armitage was responsible for the initial leak, not Libby.

So, you see, despite your fictional beliefs, the truth, the facts, the reality is that the crime you think happened did not happen at all.

Good luck, and thanks for playing "I almost had a clue".

It is if it's a covert agent. But Valerie Plaine (I apologize if I misspelled her name) was not undercover because her husband had told everyone his wife was a CIA agent. Not only that it was Richard Armitage that leaked the name, not Libby or Cheney.

It is very high treason at anytime!! Especially during war.

Cheney, Libby, or whoever leaked the info, needs to be fully prosecuted to the highest extent of the law.
