For perjury? LOL! Hardly likely.

You DO understand that he's not charged with leaking the name of a covert CIA operative, right? This is because Plame was no longer covert (Aldrich Ames revealed her to the Russians), and because it had already been leaked by Armitage.

So, when you try to say that the leak came from Cheney, you look quite uninformed, and like some rabid partisan political extremist.

IF he leaked the CIA agents identity, then he needs to be prosecuted to the highest extent of the law.

Yes.We should apply ,the same standard to everyone ,who is
leaking secrets, If we imprison all the Democrat leakers in
Congress, we will need to call a new Election.
