sift together 1 cup of flour (no self raising),1 tablespoon baking powder, pinch of salt, and 1 tablespoon of sugar

1 egg separated
add 1 glass of milk to the egg yolk, mix it well, add to that 1/2 cup of oil, mix well
add the yolk mixture to the flour one, mix gently until combined

beat egg white till stiff, and gently mix it with the flour/ egg mixture


the batter is ready !! it is an amazing recipe..mmmmmmm
