should high school students hug and kiss in public?

First of all, let me reveal to the readers or the person who has put up this question that hugging and kissing is not wrong. Only the intention behind it should be clear. If it is clear then there is nothing to fear or do in public as a part of expressing our love and concern to the other person. What ever the age group , the old or the highschool student, this can be done in public if there is no wrong intention in mind.

This is what is wrong with American society today....natural affection is discouraged. Reading through the various answers, everyone automatically assumes the worst: that hugs and kisses will lead to sex (and in some answerers' minds, the downfall of civilization as we know it).

If there was a more openness about affection, love, friendship and the allowance of natural expressions of those emotions, this country would be a far far better place. We are too uptight.

I say LET HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS HUG AND KISS IN PUBLIC! There's nothing wrong with hugging a friend, greeting a friend with a kiss, holding hands with a friend, or walking arm-in-arm.

Hugs = appropriate, as long as they're not excessive
Kisses = only small pecks, again, not excessively. And kisses probably aren't appropriate at school, unless they're on the cheek.

i dont see nothing wrong with it. not like i would stop and look. but if they are dry humping and touching each other in the wrong places, then i might have a problem
