My husband has been taking L-Lysine for the last few days and has had pain in his knees. worse in the knee that he had surgery on 25 years ago. It's also rainy weather. If the weather is causing the pain, it will be the first time ever. Could it be the L-Lysine?

No. I just looked in my book, "Prescription For Nutritional Healing", & there is nothing mentioned about joint pain & taking Lysine. It actually helps in collagen formation & tissue repair & is good for those recovering from surgery & sports injuries.
ADDENDUM-I have numerous broken bones in my back (L1, L3 & L4). I am frequently aware of when it's going to rain, because I'll begin to ache.
