As it has been said, in comparison to what? The last time I went to a Subway was in October of last year. I got a glorified veggie salad on wheat flavored bread. Eh. At least if we had found the Burger King I could have gotten a Morningstar Farms Veggie Burger on a white bun, which is slightlyhealthier. However, the baked chips are supposedly slightly better than the grese sticks at other fast food restaurants. (Personally, I only like potqatoes in their Natural God-created form.) If Subway's advertising was correct, then I would be able to get a sandwhich on whole wheat bread with either veggie "meat", tofu, polenta, etc.

Overall, I avoid fast food restaruants. They're gross and I can eat helather, cheaper and faster at home.

It depends on what kind of sandwich you get but yes I do believe Subway is healthier

something this is extra beneficial than your head isn't healthful, no count how a lot tomato they cram in there. I recommend making waiting a sandwich of your individual the evening previously, so which you will test with flavors and what you like incredibly than pay some depressing teen 5 funds for an unappealing torpedo of chilly bread and dry meat. In different words, no, subway sandwiches are no longer healthful.

Only if you believe their commercials.

Another thing, when you get to the counter of your local Subway and order a healthy, low-calorie sandwich — it turns out you get asked by the cashier to buy something called a “Fresh Value Meal.”

After all, it is a great deal you’re being offered. It costs only a little extra, the cashier tells you. You get a full meal, complete with a 21-ounce soda and a bag of potato chips.

Well, who could refuse that offer?
oh and btw, there goes your 'healthy" meal.

Yes because they use fresh veggies and believe me. I lost 10 pounds in 3 months eating Subway sandwiches for lunch.

What do you mean by other foods. It depends on what sub you get and what other food you're comparing it to. Sometimes, Subway may use that "healthy" gimic to get those health freaks to eat there.
