The Gucci world wide warranty letter. It has to be also accompanied by the certificate with a store stamp and the date of purchase.

People can have excuse not to give the recipt with their gifts but warranty letter and the certificate is a MUST. Otherwise, it's fake.

I had a Gucci watch for my 21st Birthday. I went to the shop and picked it out at the jewellers, mine has Gucci engraved on the back of the face and also on the clasp to do it up. Plus it came in a velvet Gucci box. It cost like £400 and most Gucci watches are as expensive or more than that so it all depends on who bought it for you. Its not just a gift a friend would get you - unless they are rich! Why dont you just ask where they got it from?!

If it came in a proper box and with a guarantee then chances are its real. Also bear in mind that a genuine Gucci watch would set you back around £600... would the person who gave you the watch be able to afford that kind of money?

It will have a certificate of authenticity with it, normally inside the box.
Also, use a little bit of common sense - does the person that gave it to you have the means to buy you a genuine Gucci watch? That should give you a rough idea of it's origins!

If it is in the original box it should have a certificate of authenticity and the guarantee with it..... mine did,( although mine is Armaini I am sure they all issue the same paperwork with the watches)

and as someone above said you can tell by the workmanship and detail on the watch and the packaging!

I hope its real...x.....

go to gucci and ask them. no no...first ask to see the catalogues. see if they have the same model that you have. if they do then u can ask them to check if it's real or replica. good luck. dun be disappointed if it's a fake though...it's the thoughts that counts...really....and if you carry it well with your outfits...who cares?u'll look good either ways

Yes, Wright is kinda like a stuborn STD. Narcissist Obama wouldn`t take the medicine to get rid of him so wright just lingers and lingers erupting to the surface now and then. Glad you asked

If it was a gift what does it matter whether its real or fake? Its a present, it shows that someone cares, if you only value it for its monetary worth maybe they shouldn't care about you?

take it to a jewller. they will tell you for free if you want to know. tell them you aint selling it but just want to know how much its worth, that way they wont have any motive so they wont tell you its a fake!!
