Whats the best way to apply eyedrops?

im such a kid when it comes to having to use eyedrops. unfortunately i have pink eye and have to. whats the best way of going about it? mine always seem to make tears

The best way to Apply eyedrops and its tested ..

1) ley on your back
2) close your eyes
3) 2 drops of eyedrops on the edge of your eye ( near the nose )
4 ) open your eyes

and you are done

tilt your head back, close the one eye and when you are ready to use eye drops on your one eye, look away from where you are putting the drops....example: if you are putting the drops near your tear duct - look in the opposite direction and put the drops in(vice-a-versa if in the other corner of your eye)...this will help you from looking at the drops coming and avoid the expecation of the drops....

Tears flow down...due o grvity...so why dont you use gravity to benefit while use EYE DROPS.....just sleep on flat back on bed....get your neck till the edge for the bed...===o bend back you neck towards the floor...so that you are at right angle to the floor. then put drops in the eyes...close the eyse foe 30 - 40 seconds each...then...eyes will swallow thw drops...you can later getup...and be happy

Drop your head back, pull down your lower eye-lid, instill one or two drops, close your eyes and sit still (looking up) in order for medicine to take proper effect. I presume you are using antibiotic eye drops... don't overdo it. Most pink eye will disappear on its own.
