Rosemary's Baby - It addresses the fear of every pregnant woman, that something might be wrong with their baby. Not to mention Mia Farrow is awesome in it
The Omen - The music, that little kid, everything about this movie freaked me out.
Seven - Awesome acting, awesome storyline

1. The Grudge (American version)
Because it disturbed me with a vision of horror that was different that anything I had ever seen before. The ghostly woman coming down the stairs making that horrible 'death rattle' noise was one of the most disturbing things I have ever seen before!
2. The Blair Witch Project
Because for me personally, it played into my fears of being lost, cold, and my total fear of something that I cannot see. The noises and all the things that you didn't see in the movie frightened me in the same way I was scared as a little kid when my closet door was left open.
3. Stephen King's IT (I know it is not actually a FILM)
Because I HATE clowns! Even before I watched this, I hated clowns, but this movie sure didn't help with that fear. The film took a supposed 'innocent' image from childhood and made into the ultimate tormentor.
PS - I know that everyone is going to put down 'The Exorcist' but that movie never scared me because, before I had ever seen the film, I had seen just about every scene in the film parodied in one way or another. (From the TV series, ;'Dinosaurs' to the movies, 'Repossessed' & 'Scary Movie 2')

Exorcist
Mouth Of Madness
Amityville Horror (second one)
Exorcist - Hands down, the scariest movies ever made.
Mouth Of Madness- Its a trippy type movie that really makes you think.
Amityville Horror (not the re-make) - something about movies inspired by true events really gets me :)

Saw, Thirteen Ghosts, Nightmare on Elm Street
They're all so good
I wanted to put The Exorcist on my list, but its kind of hard for it to be one of my favorites when I can't sit through it because it's too scary.
