you know the little tubs of gel that look like pudding cups? you stick the cutting in and it roots IN the gel cup....

I've seen this at Menard's.
I believe you're looking for the clear, pre-made gelatin, not the rooting hormone dipping gels.

PS, they were selling for between 8 & 10 dollars for a six or 8 pack, look by the spring seed displays.
