I was just watching one of my regular morning shows and they interrupted with "Breaking news! Britney Spears just farted in re-hab!" Do you guys think the press is getting a little carried away with this?

Ah, Baw, this was not a slam on Britney. It was a sarcastic comment on how the media becomes obsessive and vulture-like.

It is so over the top and pitiful. There MUST be something worth covering. Between Anna Nicole Smith and Britney Spears, the news is unwatchable.

yes! i dont really care about britney spears or any of the really really big celebrities, but i feel soo bad for them. imagine having people trying to talk to you and take pictures of you every second of your life! the press is getting way carried away.

oh my gosh! she is human..geez they need to give the girl a rest..but of course in this society that will not, ever happen.. we are all so screwed up in some way or another..lucky us we are not celebs so it is not broadcasted to the world..i feel for her and wish her nothing but luck!!
