...for 14 people. I think I've pretty much exhausted the search engines, so was just wondering if anyone had any personal recommendations. Also, if anyone has any ideas for cheap flights (they don't come out until September but there's no harm in thinking early lol)

Thanks for your help.

Between the 14 of us we've found quite a few within our budget (up to £2000) all of which look good, but was just wondering if anyone had any personal recommendations. :-)

You don't say which area of Europe you are looking for villa's in, but there are alternatives. Try the holiday companies which provide mobile homes on holiday sites. With these companies you make your own travel arrangements, although they will even help you out with this. The accommodation units are at a set price regardless of how many people stay in them and will sleep up to eight. I would recommend Vacansoliel. You can check them out on the web at www.vacansoliel.com from which you can order their comprehensive brochure. Their sites cover the majority of Europe and are mostly sited in location where there is particular interest. I have used them several times and have always been delighted with their facilities. There are other similar companies.

I think you have answered your own question. . .exhausted your search engines.
There are no cheap villas in Europe, for fourteen people you would need some type of mansion or old castle and where in Europe. What country or what city? Your idea sounds romantic however.
Try some real estate organization in your own country, many of them have foreign connections.
