This question is so overrated...Why didn't you just search for the question in the search bar above and see how people responded instead of losing 5 points for such a silly question?
First, it depends on the guy. Some guys love girls that have their bones hanging out, other guys like them average and toned, and there are still guys that love girls with a lot of extra meat, so you are going to get varried answers.
I'll give you an example...Before I met my husband he was dating a girl that was 5'8", had an eating disorder and was rather stick-ish. He met me and I am 5 inches shorter, slim with meat in the right places. The very first girl he ever dated was, according to him, fat. Also a friend of mine...his last girlfriend was really thick and the current girlfriend he has now is about the same size as me, maybe a little bigger.
So the question is...do you want a guy that will love you for just your looks? Probably...then go for the jock that plays football 24/7 and works out at the gym and drinks protein shakes 24/7, if you're thin. And if you're not thin then look for the really run down, skinny guy. IMO all the really skinny guys I've seen have always dated women who were more plump.
Most guys I know love girls with curves, but of an average size.
