HELP!
She's one of my best friends and she can be very spiteful and vindictive when she wants to be. And I'm afraid she will never forgive me after she finds out this. She recently started going out with this boy, and she's madly in love with him. I made friends with him as well (only friends!) and lately he told some people that he fancies me. I don't like him in that way and I've tried everything to lure him away (including dressing like a hobo and eating garlic!). Me and my other friends have tried to tell her that he's not a loyal boyfriend but she just won't listen. =S I'm so scared she will find out.

=S

You have nothing to be scared of...you've done nothing wrong. Does your best friend Know you're friends with her boyfriend?? If so..what is she going to find out ?? there's nothing to find out...you heard from ppl that he "fancies" you..that's not your fault..but you need to make it clear to those same ppl that told you. You're not interested and would never go out with him even if he and your best friend broke up..cuz you don't do that to friends(date their ex's)......As far as her not listening to you or other ppl that he's not a loyal b/friend...she will find out for herself before she'll believe it...Be Honest with your friend ...b/friends come and go...but Friends Are Always There*~ :)

You've tried to tell her, that's at least the first step. Next step is just to not be alone with him. If he tries to isolate you to chat or whatever, just tell him that you're not interested. Don't let him pull you aside and make you uncomfortable, keep your distance but be cordial in company, for the sake of your friendship with his girlfriend. Keep your interactions with him right in front of his girlfriend, and you shouldn't have any problems with her.

I say you tell this boy to back off and also tell your friend that he won't leave you alone. She might not believe you at first but then you have to show her that he gets all around you and makes you uncomfortable.

Tell her whats up.......and if she doesn't believe you then oh well for her. She is stupid not to believe her friends over a guy...just go to him....you and your friend and ask him right infront of his face....tell him to leave you alone when you are infront of her...she might be mad now but in the long run she will thank you!

Let him know that if it doesn't quit it you'll tell your friend and then if he doesn't stop go on and tell her.

Your friend will find out about this guy on her own....she may already be suspicious and not ready to get rid of him yet.
