Reset the computer by disconnecting the negative battery cable (only) for about 5 to 10 minutes. Then reconnect it. That should do it.

disconnect the negative battey lead for about 10 mins...it will reset the ECU

disconnect your battery cables, wait about 1 hour and reconnect.
this should reset your computer brain and the light should go off.
no guarantee, but worth a try.
