I get a good nights sleep, get up and drive to office (45 min) and by the time i am there I am not fresh any more. My head feels cloudy and I feel lazy. Then I go on to use my computer for the rest of the day and by the time its evening I am completely exhausted. I thought i need a vacation, but a recent 4 week vacation did nothing to improve my condition.
Could it be that i need glases? I never feel that my eyes are weak.
My diet seems to be alright and I do exercise regularly.
I went to the doctor recently and got my self checked up completely. The diagnosis- I am perfect.
Any help to clear up my head?

Needing glasses (but not having them) can make you woozy and give you a headache. Definitely see the doctor to be on the safe side.

I think you are not passionate about your job, and so you work and work, keep with the routine...nothing great, finish...go home, wake up the next day and do it all over again..knowing that it will never end. The vacation was a great time away, but going back to the same old routine just doesn't cut it anymore. Think about changing your job to something you would actually look forward to going. I have the same experience as you..I am so so not into my job anymore that it is hard to work with energy...I went on vacation, hoping that when I get back I would be refreshed...but I also came back to work on the first day without any excitement at all...and though the holiday was awesome, I just can't stand this job anymore...

By the way...I am at work now...so you can see how much I avoid wanting to work...I love Yahoo answers...
