How do I clean my PSP of scratches and the screen?

my PSP has scratches no the back of it where there's that silver ring ring and there are hand signs on the screen. how do i take those off?

That.. Erm.. Autosol? (is that right?) worked for me. cleaned the ring right up.

Scratches on the case? Not likely that you can do anything about it.

Crud on the screen? A little Windex on a bit of toilet paper.

To protect the screen from scratches, get some screen protectors. Replacing the screen is expensive and not covered by the warranty.
