Only insurgents are "waring against Iraq".
President Bush has done nothing illegal.
If he moved up to President, Vice President Cheney would continue the process.
What are they teaching in public schools these days?

I see some posters think deliberate lies, sending our youth off to die in a needless war, squandering our nation's treasure, and his outright deception of the American people and our allies are not impeachable offensives. Maybe the fact that this whole war on terror is a sham doesn't sink in. Has Osama been caught? Is democracy really spreading around the world or are the terrorist recruiters having problems keeping up with the demand to join? Are our nation's borders, ports, transportation system, and infrastructure secure? I don't think so! It seems republicans, conservative, and right-wing religious nut-jobs would rather blame the democrats for The Great Decider's problems rather than recognize he should be responsible for his actions. However to get to the root of your question...Congress is more focused on enriching themselves and getting re-elected to the corporate feeding trough then doing anything that you or I want. That is why they unable to do anything meaningful for this nation let alone impeach this president.

Unfortunately Impeachment will not undo any of the Damage this Ba$tard has done or bring peace to anyone including those living in the Mid-East!-
although I would be highly in favor of it just on general principles!
If we can not impeach him maybe we can just keep him in a cage until his term of office is over so that he does not create any more damage to this otherwise great country of ours!

Impeaching a president without legality would not bring peace.
Pulling troops out from battle does not bring peace.
Hoping the enemy stops attacking does not bring peace...
A dead enemy brings peace...
or at least an enemy that surrenders.

By the way, just so you know, we are not waring against Iraq any longer, we trying to stop a civil war from becoming more then it is.
And why don't you ask Hill-er-billy why she voted to go to war?

Yeah the Democrats promised to bring the troops home and impeach Bush...and they've done neither. They pulled the old bait and switch on voters, all they have done is ask for a bigger plane for Pelosi. And again, Americans are the ones paying the price.

Because there wasn't peace before Bush and impeaching him will not create it either.

I also doubt you are a veteran. If you were you would realize that pulling out of Iraq would not bring about peace. It must be done right and slowly.

Oh, I didn't realise that acting on an order from Congress and enforcing it was an impeachable offense.
There have to be actual crimes. We don't impeach people just because we don't like them.
Duh.
